Nina Ricci is the result of a very special mother and son bond which benefited the style of women worldwide. The brand was created in 1932 in Paris by Maria “Nina” Ricci and her son, Robert. Women loved Nina Ricci because of her ability to emphasise femininity and romance in her designs. Robert initially handled the business side of things and matched his mother’s creativeness with ‘Coeur Joie’, launched in 1946.
Robert’s penchant for fragrance has helped establish the company. The Nina Ricci perfume line consists of over fifty fragrances and is produced by Puig.
