You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by FeelingSexy.com.au within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

How to Return?
- Visit our online return centre to request RA (refund authorization) number
- After obtain RA number (normally within 12 hours from the time of request), pack item along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Please write RA number at the back of packing slip.
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up or take it to post office.
Items that are entitled for Full Refund
You may entitle for full refund* or an exchange if you are not happy with your purchase and return the items within 14 days after delivery date. Items should be returned in new, unopened condition and with their undamaged original packaging. Feeling Sexy will refund the full amount after we have received the returned item(s). Customer has to pay for the return items’ shipping cost.
You may have to supply your invoice for proof of purchase.
Items that are entitled for Partial Refund
You may entitle for partial refund if you return the items after 14 days but within 30 days after delivery date. Items should be returned in new, unopened condition and with their undamaged original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Customer has to pay for the return items’ shipping cost.
Items that are not entitled for Refund
- Items that are returned after 30 days of delivery date
- Items that are opened
- Items that have signs of used
- Items that are not in their original packaging
- Items with damaged packaging
