First time buyer? Placing an order with FeelingSexy is easy. There is no need to create an account for first time customer. New account will be automatically created for you when you fill up your shipping information during checkout process.

- As you browse our item pages, click the "buy now" link
- Item that has been chosen will appear in your "shopping bag" located under the "main menu"
- To delete item on your 'shopping bag', simply click on the particular item in your 'shopping bag'
- Items' quantity can be changed by going to shopping cart. Simply click on the shopping cart link on the top right corner, or the checkout link on your shopping bag.
- When you have finished with your purchase, you can go to your shopping bag to confirm your purchase. Simply click on "checkout" link in the right side of your shopping bag or click on the shoppingCart link on the top right corner.
- The website will direct you to your order summary, you can make a confirmation or any changes on item quantity or remove item(s) from your cart.
- Click 'checkout' link at the bottom to proceed to the next process of your checkout. It will ask you to fill in your shipping information. If you have purchased with us before, simply enter your email address to the text box provided, and we will have your details fill in for you.
- New member does not require to create an account, however you will need to supply shipping information and a valid email address. FeelingSexy will automatically create your account upon successful completion on your first order. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please make sure you have provided us with the correct email address.
- Next process of the checkout process is the payment method. You could choose a direct deposit or credit card payment as your payment method. More detail on payment will be explained below.
FeelingSexy offers two payment methods which are online and offline payment. We understand that not all customer hold credit cart, that is why we have offered you with an offline payment as well.
- Online payment is made using credit card (Visa, MasterCard). When you choose this option, you will be redirected to PayPal secure site to key in your credit card detail and will be redirected back to FeelingSexy website once payment process has been completed.

Please Note: FeelingSexy does not hold any credit card and bank details during your payment on Paypal. Customers will not need to share their private financial information (e.g. credit card or bank account numbers) during the transaction, so they can complete payment while retaining security.
- No credit card? No worries. Customer also can choose to pay via direct deposit that can be made directly to our account. Banking information will be provided upon completion of checkout process (and it will be send to your email, if you choose this option).
Please quote your invoice ID as message when sending payment via this method to assist us in finding the right payment. Fail to do so may result in delay on your delivery.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as payment is received and cleared.

Therefore, before you make any item(s) return to FeelingSexy, please make sure you have read our return policy. FeelingSexy may not hold responsibilities for any item that are not fulfill our return policy requirements.
Step by Step on Return Policy:
- Please make sure to read our refund policy before make any return and request for refund.
- Please contact and notify us about item that you are not satisfied, so we aware of the problem and will assist you on how to pack the item or make a confirmation that you are eligible for refund.
- Please visit our return centre to complete Return Authority (RA) form.
- You will soon receive an email from us (RA number and other details).
- Pack the item along with the receipt (proof of purchase) securely in their original packaging. You will need to use outer box or packing protection (bubble wrap, void fill, etc) if necessary.
- Please quote RA number on a peace of paper and stick it to the receipt (Do not write directly on the item or its packaging).
