After you received your order, you need to claim the shopping points by leaving feedback. You can do this by login into your shopping account and click on the "leave feedback" link on the left side of your account menu. The reason we encourage customers to leave feedback is to allow us monitor our service performance and also to confirm that customers have received their order.
Please be aware that you need to leave feedback within 30 days from the dispatch date or else you won't be able to claim the points anymore.
